    • DeAsa Nichols  |  Supplier Diversity Manager - Cincinnati Children's Hospital
      DeAsa Nichols leads Cincinnati Children's supplier diversity and economic inclusion strategy with minority and women-owned businesses. She is a former president of the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky African-American Chamber of Commerce, achieving significant regional economic inclusion results during her tenure. She currently serves on Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley's Economic Inclusion Advisory Council.

    • Mel Gravely, II  |  CEO - TriVersity Construction
      Mel Gravely is President & CEO of TriVersity Construction and has more than 28 years of business management, sales and strategy experience including Fortune 500 positions with the Timken Company and IBM. He has served as CEO of a variety of businesses in different industries including a civil and structural engineering firm, a management consulting practice and a human resources services company. He spent 15 years as an advisor to major corporations and entrepreneurs on strategy and minority business development. Gravely graduated from the University of Mount Union with a degree in computer science. He holds a master of business administration degree from Kent State University and a doctorate degree from Union Institute and University.

    • Markiea Carter  |  Director - Economic Inclusion, City of Cincinnati
      As Economic Inclusion Director, Markiea Carter is responsible for administering, enforcing, and monitoring the Equal Employment Opportunity Program, the Living Wage Program, MBE/WBE/SBE certification programs, and Local, State & Federal Prevailing Wage laws.A graduate of Miami University, Ms. Carter began her career in public service over 10 years ago with the City of Cincinnati, starting her career with the City in October 2007 in Community and Economic Development. She most recently served as Assistant to the City Manager where she worked on special projects and served as the City Manager’s representative to multiple organizations.
