Business Development is a long game. And even the easiest of relationships take work.

Repeat business is a great way to support your bottom line and maintain a backlog of reliable work. But what happens when your strongest client contact changes employers? Or your key business development lead promotes to a different role?

Join us for this insightful session to learn how you can grow touchpoints on both sides of the relationship and help ensure you maintain strong connections to your best clients.

This SMPS Education session digs into Domain 3, Client and Business Development, and will give you key strategies that will help you make multiple connections that support your bottom line.
