    In this session, attendees will discover how to launch perception and client surveying with limited in-house resources. Insights and research expert Scott Aaron of i4i Research LLC will present ways to leverage customer insights that lead to direct business results. And SMPS Cincinnati past president Amanda Roehl of The Kleingers Group will reveal how she has implemented surveying on behalf of her organization, and the tangible business changes that were implemented after studying the survey data.

    Scott Aaron, principal, i4i Research LLC

    Scott Aaron is the Principal of i4i Research LLC, an insight consulting firm that helps its clients discover and leverage consumer or customer insights to improve and grow their businesses. 

    Scott is the former Consumer Insight leader at Luxottica Retail, where he spent 9 years.  Luxottica Retail is known for its industry-leading eyewear and sunglass retailing brands:  LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sunglass Hut, Ilori, and Target Optical.  Scott’s team was responsible for all consumer research in this multi-brand retailer with over 4,500 stores, and revenues well into the billions of dollars.  Key projects included market segmentation, customer journey mapping, retail and web customer experience measurement, as well as insight development to drive communication & brand strategy. 


    Amanda Roehl, marketing manager, The Kleingers Group

    Amanda brings over 14 years of marketing experience in the A/E/C marketplace, with more than 20 years within the industry itself. Serving as marketing manager at The Kleingers Group, she works with the business development team and group leaders across 12 markets to strategize, create, manage and implement a wide-range of marketing communications. For three years, Amanda and the team at Kleingers have set forth to create an award-winning client experience through the implementation of regular client surveys. With an 87 percent response rate, the surveys offer insights to both client satisfaction and issues that may arise during a project. Amanda will reveal how Kleingers has made tangible business changes to their client experience through analyzing survey data results.
