Rosie's Girls

This year, we have committed to donating to the Rosie’s Girls® Program. Rosie’s Girls is a unique summer program for girls ages 11-13 and is designed to introduce girls to STEM related careers in the world of construction. The program also focuses on building self-esteem, physical confidence, interpersonal cooperation and leadership skills through learning and applying basic skills in technical trades.

The programming for Rosie’s Girls® often includes involvement from local professionals (mock interviews, office tours, Q&A sessions over lunch breaks, etc). During our holiday party, we will introduce a representative from Rosie’s Girls® who will outline potential opportunities for involvement on a corporate and/or personal level.
