    What the hell?

Has your internal monologue ever required a filter? Management in the A/E/C industry can be rough - sometimes you need to manage your supervisor and executive leadership as diligently as you do your team and support staff.

This education session covers SMPS Domain 6, and more specifically the art of communicating effectively and with diplomacy through verbal and written communication, and how to use those skills to be a better manager.

    Speakers

    P.G. Sittenfeld
    Councilmember, City of Cincinnati

Cincinnati Councilmember P.G. Sittenfeld is serving his third term on Cincinnati City Council and is widely regarded as a leader who uses diplomacy and partnership to build consensus for the greater good. P.G. will open this education session with a lively discussion on how he uses his verbal and management skills to work with politicians, partners, and the greater community to overcome different perspectives and accomplish common goals.
