    Join us for this insightful session to learn how you can grow touchpoints on both sides of the relationship and help ensure you maintain strong connections to your best clients.

    This SMPS Education session digs into Domain 3, Client and Business Development, and will give you key strategies that will help you make multiple connections that support your bottom line.

    Bethany joined Messer Construction Co. in 2016 bringing 20 years of strategic and hands-on experience building brands. She’s worked in several capacities including business development, regional marketing, sales support, and community affairs. Bethany holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio University and is a 2011 graduate of University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, SMPS University: Leadership Advancement Program. She is a Certified Professional Services Marketer, a fellow of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and earned several industry and community awards in recognition of her accomplishments. Bethany currently serves on the board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where she has been an active volunteer, event chairperson and fundraiser for more than 15 years.

    Megan Miller is an experienced marketing professional with a passion for helping A/E/C firms know more about their business and do more for the clients through technology. In her role at Deltek, Megan helps A&E firms leverage tools resources to better manage pipeline and client relationships to win more projects. She also leads the Deltek Clarity A&E Industry Report, providing key insights and benchmarks to A&E firms throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Deltek, Megan spent more than 10 years in the A&E industry supporting marketing and business development initiatives. She understands the struggles that marketing and business development professionals face from clients around the world and is eager to share insight into how firms can use technology to help improve efficiency and effectiveness. Megan is an active member of SMPS and is currently serving as President-Elect for the Greater Cincinnati SMPS chapter.
